Booking policies

Willow is by appointment only. Book online through our booking page, where you can choose a service and a time that suits you.

If your plans change, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to someone else.

We keep each appointment unhurried, which means a late start may shorten your time or require rescheduling.

If your chain breaks, keep it and bring it back. Re-welds of Willow pieces are offered at the studio. Contact us to arrange a time.

Gift cards are redeemable for any Willow service and are delivered by email. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
